Long time in the planning, this is a workshop for mamas/parents to understand how best to nourish your babies in the womb, at birth and first foods up to 2 years of Life. This is the best health investment you can make for your babies. My work is embedded in 50 years of genealogical food wisdom, my time as a cook/caterer, and especially my expertise as a Chinese medicine doctor where nutrition is at the core of health and the prevention of disease. Food and eating has become so complicated but it doesn't need to be.
