Prenatal Yoga

What you will gain at our classes

These classes go beyond the basic prenatal tenets of ‘slow yoga with no twists’. They combine breathwork, physical postures, both subtle and dynamic, meditation and deep relaxation. They provide an opportunity for women to nurture their body, mind and heart during the various stages of pregnancy. Gently guided by Ange, an experienced yoga teacher and women’s health practitioner, you will be encouraged to connect to your intuitive self and tap into your innate birth wisdom. These classes are a great way to connect with other mums in your community.

About your yoga instructor, Angela Koutsofrigas

Angela has undertaken training in 3 of her favourite yoga traditions. In the dynamic and transformative Kundalini yoga, Yin Yoga and Prenatal Yoga.  She has been working in private practice for over 20 years as an acupuncturist, having supported many women with their fertility, conception, pregnancy and during post-partum. She is a birth educator and most notably a mum of three kids having explored all the different avenues of pregnancy and birth preparation ensuing in 3 wonderful and positive birth experiences. She generously brings her wealth of knowledge into these studio classes.

Saturdays at the Autumn Retreat, 129 Miller St. Thornbury

9am – 10.15am &

10.30am-11.45am

Tuesdays at the Ergo Yoga Space, 1 Benson St. Coburg

5.30pm start

 

Cost

  • Thornbury: $25 for casual class (1hr 15min) or $100 for a 5 class pass - Booking link below

  • Coburg: $22 for a casual class or $120 for a 6 class pass - BOOKINGS
